Food Orders
We have a strict no-return policy on food items due to their nature. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away so we can help! -
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in these cases:- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, let us know within 30 minutes of delivery or pick-up. We'll make it right with the correct item or a refund.
- Food Quality Issues: If there’s a problem with the quality, like spoilage or contamination, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and, if validated, offer a refund or replacement.
- Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so within 10 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations after this may not be eligible for a refund as preparation may have already started.
