At R&R Bagels, we want you to love your dining experience! Here’s our Return and Refund Policy outlining when we may offer refunds or returns. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Food Orders
    We have a strict no-return policy on food items due to their nature. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away so we can help!

  2. Refund Policy
    We offer refunds in these cases:

    • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, let us know within 30 minutes of delivery or pick-up. We'll make it right with the correct item or a refund.
    • Food Quality Issues: If there’s a problem with the quality, like spoilage or contamination, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and, if validated, offer a refund or replacement.
    • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so within 10 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations after this may not be eligible for a refund as preparation may have already started.
